Pankaj Kumar

The artist, born on October 22, 1985, in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, is a talented individual with an impressive artistic background. Having pursued his Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Painting from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, in 2008, and later completing his Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Painting from the same institution in 2013, he has acquired a strong foundation in his craft. Throughout his artistic journey, he has garnered recognition and accolades for his exceptional talent. He received the Kalanand Art Contest Award from the Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation, Mumbai, in 2017, and a Cash Award from the All India Fine and Craft Society, New Delhi, in 2012. Additionally, he received the prestigious National Scholarship from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, in 2009-2010. The artist has showcased his works in various solo and group exhibitions, further establishing his presence in the art world. Notable exhibitions include his solo show at Dhoomimal Art Centre, New Delhi, in 2014, and his participation in events such as the Affordable Art Fare in Singapore, India Art Fare in New Delhi, and the National exhibition of Lalit Kala Akademi in New Delhi.
