Refund and Exchange Policy – Rangmirage

Shipping & Delivery 

You can purchase artwork from our exclusive art gallery, which is open from 11 A.M. to 8 P.M. (Monday- Friday, Tuesday closed) or through our website at all times. If customers are placing an order from the website, they may typically anticipate receiving their orders from one of our recommended delivery partners between 7 to 10 business days for domestic orders and within 15 to 18 business days for international orders after they receive an order placement confirmation. Although a delivery date has been specified, in the end, delivery is beyond our control. 

Return & Refund

Rang Mirage takes pride in giving people what they see and expect. No order will be entitled to return. However, exchange requests can only be placed until and unless received damaged. The request can only be placed within 1 days of receiving the order. It will only be followed once we receive the damaged article, which will pass through the inspection procedure to ensure the product is unused. Please allow us 10-12 business days for the entire exchange process to complete. In case of order cancellation, the customer is entitled to a refund if and only if the order is canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
